Each day was packed with fun. Mr Ruby, our leader was extremely knowledgeable and very proud of his country. In Halong Bay, we were given more variety than expected and the chefs never failed to amaze us with the type of meals and decorations created from our boat. Mr Ruby manage to keep all of the logistics running very smoothly so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Overall, it was one of the most amazing trips I have been on and would have no doubt in recommending Origin Travel. I would also like to pass a huge Thank you to Mr Ruby and his team for all of their efforts and educating our group (8 Aussie girls) on his beautiful country.”Hannah Baldry. What do we have to bring with us to the boat?

  • Passport
  • Sun cream, insect repellent
  • Small changes for buying drinks on boat
  • When is the best time to visit Halong?Summer is a good time to cruise on Halong Bay but the best time of year is during the spring or fall. Because the bay is situated in the northern part of the country, it can get colder in the fall and winter.
